The California Grill, one of the most popular restaurants at Walt Disney World, has been mentioned in rumors lately concerning a refurbishment or major overhaul, but nothing had ever come of it.  Until now.

We have learned that on February 2, 2013, Cali grill will officially close for an extended refurbishment period that is scheduled to go through “Late Summer 2013″.  We have also learned that as of now, there are no plans to change the theme or concept of the restaurant, so rest assured, when it reopens, it will still be the California Grill that you know and love, just with some upgrades!
