I love Epcot, and especially Illuminations! The music and fireworks just get to me, and I haven’t really been able to photograph it much, only a couple of times before last night but the results have been pretty good! I have one of them printed and framed in my office, so I like it a lot
Last night I setup my tripod (a must for long exposures) in the “front of the house” right in front of the world showcase promenade. I set my camera to manual mode, my lens to manual focus (on infinity focus), my ISO to 200 and set my shutter speed to BULB which means “however long I want it” Lastly, I was using an ND filter and my f-stop was set to f16.
This was a 2 second exposure and then slightly edited in snapseed on my iPad and viola!
I love the fireworks obviously, but also the illuminated silhouettes of the guests in front of me. I love knowing they liked it enough to photograph it too! I hope you enjoy this shot and see ya soon!
