Paradiso 37 – Taste of the Americas is a restaurant in Downtown Disney in the old Pleasure Island area that features street food from the Americas. If you’re a beer drinker, they have the worlds coldest draft beer at 29 degrees.
There menu is pretty extensive. One thing really stands out to me on the appetizer menu: Central American Crazy corn (Fire Roasted Corn on the cob topped with a Spicy yellow pepper sauce and chef’s special cheeses). Doesn’t that sound amazing? I may have to try to find the recipe and share it with you Quesadillas, chips and salsa, and guacamole are other appetizer choices.
For the main course, I could totally go for the Argentinean Skirt Steak or Colombian Style Whole Crispy Hen.
And don’t forget dessert! At Paradiso you can indulge in Chilean Sopapillas, Mini Ice Cream Cones, or a Paradiso 37 Popsicle.
One of the nice things about P37 is that even though the menu is diverse there are many options for picky eaters. Whether it be Mac & Cheese Bites, Sliders, or a Chicken Caesar Salad, both adventurous eaters and those who are happier with the familiar will find something here.
Ok, now I’m hungry.
Have you eaten at P37? What are your thoughts?
