As we first announced back in October, Test Track is getting an overhaul, and Disney has finally announced the details! Thanks to a renewal of the sponsorship from GM, the Test Track that we know today will transform into the new “Chevrolet Design Center”.
Currently scheduled to close in April for refurb, once the new Test Track opens, guests will be able to get much more hands on with the attraction, becoming an automotive designer!
When you visit the new Test Track, you will get the opportunity to create their own vehicles, as well as get a chance to test them in the newly revamped fleet of cars on the track! Taking advantage of an interactive design process to create their custom cars is just part of the change, as well as “upbeat music, engaging media, dramatic lighting and a collection of Chevrolet concept cars and model vehicles.”
The post show is also changing a bit as it will now give a look at the future of transportation by showing guests various Chevrolet vehicles in a brand new show room!
