Le Cellier's lunch is going to two credits in January. I know because we just received a call from EPCOT Canada to let us know of the change. I am pretty upset about it because I was a little underwhelmed when we went last year. The food was good and the atmosphere was fun, but because of the difficulty getting reservations, the experience was built up so much that I don't think any restaurant could have delivered. Anyway, we are going to have to decide if the pretzel bread, cheddar cheese soup and mushroom risotto are worth the additional cost and hassle....hmph!

I am personally not pleased at all that Le Cellier has become signature for both lunch and dinner. I can see how it makes sense from a business standpoint for WDW to make it signature all around - the restaurant is wildly popular and is most likely the best restaurant in Epcot.

However, it is not close to the dining experience you receive at California Grill, Jiko, Flying Fish or Yachtsman, and I don't believe that the price should be comparable. Additionally, I wear tee shirts and shorts to the theme parks, and I agree that fine dining is not the same when there is no dress code.

Hi Keith! As far as we know, the changes will go into effect in March of 2013. So, as far as your ADR for your fall trip this year, you should be fine as lunch will remain at one TS credit. If you need anything else, please let me know! (Libby)

When will this take effect? The DP brochure states that info is valid for 2012 and shows LeCellier listed as 1 TS for Lunch. The 2013 Brochure lists Lunch and Dinner as 2 TS. Just wondering as we have a Lunch for Fall that we secured back at the 180 day mark.
